Generally Applicable Information Practices

Information Use

Registration Information is used by or shared with our retail partners as described above, so that we and/or they can provide you a better shopping experience.

In the event that Trybe is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity or is potentially going to be acquired by or merged with a third party entity, if its substantial assets are acquired by a third party, in any partial or total sale of assets including in the event of bankruptcy, or in any other corporate change, Trybe may transfer or assign the information as part of that actual or potential merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your data as transferred to the new entity.

We may share information in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. We require a warrant or court order before disclosing any of the limited amount of device location data that we possess.

Information Storage

Your Trybe account Personal Information is protected with a token for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by limiting access to your computer, mobile phone, and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

Trybe endeavors to safeguard user information to ensure that user account information is kept private, transfers of information are encrypted or scrambled by Trybe during the transmission process. However, Trybe cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Cookies and Related Technologies

When you use our Service, we collect certain information by automated or electronic means, using technologies such as cookies, pixel tags and web beacons, browser analysis tools, and web server logs. For example, we may collect information from the devices you use to access our Service, your operating system type or mobile device model, browser type, domain, and other system settings, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone of your device. Browsers routinely send these types of information to web servers. Our server logs also record the Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses of the devices you use to interact with the Service. An IP address is a unique identifier that devices use to identify and communicate with each other on the Internet.

In many cases, the information we collect is used in non-identifiable ways, without any reference to Personal Information. For example, we use information we collect about users to optimize our service and understand its traffic and usage patterns. In other cases, we associate the information we collect using cookies and related technologies with Personal Information. In that case, this Privacy Statement governs how we use that information.

Additionally, if the settings on your location-aware device allow us to receive Location Information, we will collect that automatically. If we associate Location Information with other Personal Information, this Privacy Statement governs how we would use that information too.

Account Termination

Should you ever decide to delete your Trybe account, you may do so by sending a "Delete Account" request to support@trybe.me that includes the email or phone number you used to sign up for Trybe. If you terminate your account, your profile, including your offer and reward history will be permanently deleted from Trybe servers. Because of the way we maintain Trybe, such deletion may not be immediate, and residual copies of your profile information or preferences may remain on backup media.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post these changes in this policy, and suggest that you revisit this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
